How Commissions Work
You earn commissions when your referrals become paid customers — Talent Premium, an Employer subscription, or Team DNA. Free signups do not earn commission, but the product experience can convert them to paid. Your referral is attributed for 180 days.

Payout Timing
Commissions become eligible after the referred customer's payment is successfully collected and remains active past any refund/cancellation review period. Approved commissions are paid monthly, typically on the 15th of the following month, via PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp.
Affiliate commissions are not guaranteed. Earnings depend on qualified paid referrals and the Synergetic Vibes affiliate terms.
