Cognitive / Problem-Solving

How quickly and accurately someone processes information and learns new concepts.

Extraversion / Social Energy

Whether someone draws energy from interaction or recharge through solitude.

Conscientiousness / Reliability

Tendency toward organization, follow-through, and commitment to quality.

Openness / Adaptability

Comfort with new ideas, change, and experimentation.

Emotional Stability / Resilience

How someone responds to pressure, ambiguity, and setbacks.

Agreeableness / Team Harmony

Cooperative tendencies, empathy, and team-first vs. individual-first behavior.

Motivators

What drives engagement — autonomy, recognition, growth, security, impact, and more.

Work Style

Preferred pace, structure, communication mode, and decision-making approach.

Stress Response

How someone behaves under pressure — and what potential derailers may emerge.

Leadership Readiness

Current leadership potential, style, and areas for development.

Work-From-Home Readiness

Self-direction, async communication, and remote work effectiveness.

Integrity / Trust Indicators

Consistency, accountability, and professional ethics signals.

Forced-Choice Validation

Questions that require choosing between competing preferences to reveal true patterns.

Why Forced-Choice Questions Matter

Many assessments use rating scales — asking people to agree or disagree with statements. The problem is that most people rate themselves highly on everything. It doesn't reveal true preference.

Forced-choice questions work differently. Instead of rating, respondents must choose between two competing work tendencies. For example: "When starting a project, do you prefer to plan thoroughly first — or begin quickly and adjust as you go?"

These questions reveal actual preference patterns rather than idealized self-perception. They're one of several methods used across the 260-question assessment to improve the accuracy and usefulness of the results. No assessment can eliminate all bias — but forced-choice methodology helps surface more authentic data.
